About the Job
Location: South Island, New Zealand
Radiologist specialist opportunity to work with high performing team and a department offering the full range of imaging modalities based on a digital PACS system, including MRI and nuclear imaging.
As a successful Radiologist working in New Zealand you would have experience in MRI and will focus on that modality but reporting other modalities will also be part of the package.
The radiologist will be offered first-rate collegial support and the opportunity to be involved with research projects with under graduates students and junior doctors.
The hospital is a relevantly new rebuilt state of the art facility offering a healthcare service to a large demographic in the South Island and population of 107 000.
The southern city is location in the south of the south Island with outstanding indoor and outdoor pursuits in the city. Offering a high standard of education from primary through to tertiary. Ten minutes to the incredible beaches and just over 2 hours to the mountains.
So come for the ski season or experience the outdoors in summer while working in a challenging environment.
